Why didn't you?

According to Starnet compatibility it says PD should be compatible now. About to test and can report back on it.

@Dukkokun your fix is down, please repost it.

We need update
knon_20 26 Feb, 2022 @ 9:11pm
up to 3.3?
Dukkokun 9 Jan, 2022 @ 7:17am
I went ahead and fixed it. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?edit=true&id=2713886141 Use this in addition to this mod to address the terraforming lack of cost issue.
Dukkokun 9 Jan, 2022 @ 7:07am
This is unfortunately VERY much not updated. The entire Terraforming section is broken.
knon_20 2 Dec, 2021 @ 2:18am
up to 3.2?

Hi MonkeysInSpace! Thanks for your Startech + Planetary collection compatibility mod! I am playing wiith StarTech and PD collection and I noticed a wierd problem. It seems to be related to both Startech and PD. Humans (well, actually all species having preference to temperate worlds) terraform perfectly fine continental worlds into acid worlds. What is even more bizarre, as soon as they are done, they terraform them back to continental, going in cycles. Vanilla AI (with Planetary Diversity mod active) does not do it. I only observed this behavior when StarTech is also turned on in addition to PD collection. It is probably not limited to temperate races but I specifically observed it in humans and other humanoids. What do you think? Is it possible to fix? I love StarNet/StarTech and do not want to play without it, but this weird stuff is killing AI :(

Is Planetary Habitats required? I'm trying to not have 10000 pops in my game

Yeah just been busy with my actual job, gig cropped up literally a couple hours after my last post and I've just been slammed since.

Hi, will you update the mod to 3.2? Sorry to be the one that asks this annoing question ^^
MonkeysInSpace  [author] 31 Oct, 2021 @ 11:49am
Oh heads up it'll be out on Monday; Sunday is the Day of Football.
MonkeysInSpace  [author] 30 Oct, 2021 @ 9:42pm
Yep was already working on it, thats my patch as well, different usernames.
JerreyRough 30 Oct, 2021 @ 8:42pm
Quick note: Terraforming for special worlds in planetary diversity has changed, might wanna make sure this is up to date.

Also seems Starnet made some changes for AI specifically for compatability with stuff like Planetary Diversity?
Princess Angel 21 Oct, 2021 @ 4:29pm
:D
MonkeysInSpace  [author] 20 Oct, 2021 @ 10:43pm
Yes
Princess Angel 19 Oct, 2021 @ 5:00pm
does this include planetary habitats?
MonkeysInSpace  [author] 8 Oct, 2021 @ 8:50pm
I have an update ready but unfortunately due to a false DMCA takedown on one of my Auto Sort patches I cannot release it until 3pm on the 9th; unknown if this is GMT or Seattle time. These patches will mostly function until then.
MonkeysInSpace  [author] 5 Oct, 2021 @ 6:43pm
Might be an update from Planetary Diversity or some other overwrite shenanigans, I'll check
TheShir 5 Oct, 2021 @ 6:11pm
It appears I got 0% habitability on all planets (that are otherwise habitable) with improper use as well, so I will be more careful on that front.
MonkeysInSpace  [author] 5 Oct, 2021 @ 4:16pm
All of the ones listed in dependencies are required, use the standalone smaller patches if you don't want all of the ones listed.
TheShir 5 Oct, 2021 @ 4:03pm
Does it work if only using some of the planetary diversity submods?
Zag14 29 Sep, 2021 @ 6:49pm
yes, it functions with StarTech
NoDMoD 26 Sep, 2021 @ 7:41am
Does this work with startech also?
MonkeysInSpace  [author] 20 Sep, 2021 @ 7:38am
Thanks for the report, turns out to be an issue with overwriting specific building entries, breaks some behavior but not others. Will fix shortly.
JerreyRough 19 Sep, 2021 @ 12:39pm
Yeah, looks like this will make all the unique planet buildings not work/appear.

You need to overwrite planetary diversity's building file with yours to work properly. This mod pretty much has all the buildings anyway (missing just a couple), so not that big of a change.
JerreyRough 18 Sep, 2021 @ 11:34pm
Thanks for making this combined patch!

Got one issue to report:I lost the Magma Mine for Ash Worlds when using this patch. Might wanna double check that building (and the other buildings that Exotics and Rare planets have).
MonkeysInSpace  [author] 16 Sep, 2021 @ 3:24pm
Main thing is fixing terraforming links so the AI will actually terraform between Planetary Diversity planets. Second is fixing the few conflicts in ascension perks, scripted triggers, and vanilla buildings. Third major thing is weighting the buildings Planetary Diversity adds for exotics and uniques properly and their accompanying tech. For example the AI couldn't properly play Irradiated before because it would never build Rad Blooms. Few other minor issues as well. AI bugs are always going to be the least visible to end users.

Thumbs up in understanding that when you make a mod, you want to make also a mod collection version. So you don't have to download the single patches
The Wrinkler 16 Sep, 2021 @ 2:42pm
I've already been playing with PD and startech for a day or so now, and haven't notice any issues. What exactly does this do? (obviously I've subscribed anyway but just curious).
