Update: mct settings now apply when finalized.

The submod has a mct menu. Make sure ER: Kislev Reborn is enabled there then save and reload the campaign. Same process for disabling a specific subset in a campaign. Basically the mod updates tables on campaing load so it will act on whatever settings are enabled then. I guess I will try to add a listener.
