And the BOT navmesh could use some more work too, they still have some dead spot like the stairwell, navigating through the cars and such, since you should know that BOT are the dumbest person when it comes to navigating.
Map overview could use some dark color as the background instead of light color, could be hard for some people to find where the hostages at.
But overall it's good already, FPS friendly (as long you don't push your computer too hard).

This map has a lot of ways to get from point A to point B and its almost too much. Once you figure out the layout you can as CT run all the way down one of the stairs, grab the hostage and run to the hostage rescue spot without being seen or firing a shot, which is kinda bad.
The beeping of the bombs are really distracting and they are scattered throughout the complex which adds so all you can hear is the beeping all over the place. The bombs are not a bad idea but it can be used as homing beacon of sorts by placing Hostages nearby, also to make it a little easier to navigate, consider giving the interior of the park garage a paint job, in addition to numbering the floors a lot of garages also color code the floors.
Issues: There is no clear definition of where the hostages are, for the first couple of rounds i never even saw them and when i did it was by accident, then after that it took a few rounds before i memorized what floor they where on, so matches are less about rescueing anybody and more about can you find and kill all of the enemy team before the timer runs out.

- changed lights in parking structure to light_spot for better lighting effect & FPS
- added spotlight cone glare to interior ramp lighting for better lighting effect
- added light props on helipad
- added posts and caps for down-ramp fencing
- added fence to perimeter of down-ramp south face
- added yellow pylons on south side down-ramp
- exterior fence entry gates are now static / permanently open (no user function)
- fixed floating vehicle props (various locations)
- added spotlight cone glare to hospital emergency entrance rescue zone

- ran more power lines
- added opaque door at end of overpass walkway detail

- reworked police car lights
- added emergency light props in stairs and elsewhere

- added lights over elevator landing areas
- added lights and wire lines in lot service areas
- added timed street traffic lights
- rebuilt nav mesh manually 100% - smoother stairs and general BOT movement
- added environment fog
- reduced overall prop count
- new routes into facility through break in chainlink fence, ramp and north side
- reworked prop fade scale distances overall
- filled some skybox gaps
- changed sound quality of helicopter rotor sound
- BOTs no longer have access to the ladders via nav - players can use as normal
- opened other ground routes
