@Nyx turns out I was wrong. I did save my old files. I just forgot about them and assumed i had deleted them. Due to this here is now the 3.14 legacy version https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3511043618

@Nyx I did not keep any of the old legacy files. So a legacy version is not possible.

@Gleb Zajarski the issue with the presapient namelist is now solved. Also species like the shroudwalkers are now combined. Same goes for keides, azaryn, the salvagers and cetana.
@Inerael The MSI portraits male and female are now together and not separated any longer

Thank, you, very cool! I play with this mod since 2023. There are some problems tho: why are the shroud species separated (different species for different sizes)? Also, AI pre-sapient species don't spawn with names (So i have a lot of unnamed species and empires in the galaxy) which is pretty embarassing :GDInsane:. Is there a way to fix that? Otherwise it's a really helpful mod.

So in the bonuses there is a creature that is clearly a machine, it is the equivalent of the now also cybernetic machines of the species with folded arms and two cylinders behind their back, in the bonus there is an evolution of these, it's slightly bigger nicer and purple cylinders and a purple circle around the head and it's beautiful but I can't play it as a machine since the bonus creatures are not considered machines. I ask you to put the very mechanical types of species present in the bonus section (there are quite a few) ALSO in bonus machines, it would be extremely nice to have him and all the others, I'm not saying move them but duplicate them in bonus machines please.

@pheonicia the lithoid species traits are still bound to the lithoid portraits.
@LossCoss only mods who only change the UI, music or language can be achievement friendly. Due to this, this is not achievement friendly.

The mod is now updated to 3.12. Added new portraits and rooms. Individualitic Machines are now in the base game (with Machine age dlc) making my own version somewhat obsolete. For I now I kept my own version around as alternative but on long term I will probably remove them.

The Android's Machine Trait doesn't work anymore because you have to be a Machine Intelligence to colonize new worlds. Maybe try using the Mechanical Trait instead?

@snooze for a robot, that grows organically pick the android species and do not add the machine trait. It can be added and removed like a normal trait for this species archetype and is what decides if a species can grow organically, or needs a robot assembly plant.

nah, i dont find good alternatives, cause they give also much more changes of the game like completly new perks.. thats not what i search. just a "no limit".

but i dont see what i make false, that i dont see any change when i create a new species..
i still cannot create a growable robot. for me it looks like the mod wouldnt work.. i dont know why..
or i try to search the "no limit" features on wrong page of the species creation? (maybe i have to change the language..

@snooze There wasnt any change. The fixes in 3.8.4 did not touch any of the files this mod modifys.
I believe you cannot start a new game with a pre-created mod species with this mod deactivated. But it is possible to load a savegame and play with the mod disabled. As the mod doesnt add any new portraits and only unlocks portraits which already exist. So the game still finds them.

No limit focuses on giving you more options by removing locks in the code, which prevent you to customize your empires freely (as long it does not break the game) and unlocking hidden content.
Its not about giving more trait/civic points, ascension perks/tradition trees or multiple origins at once. There are already other mods out there who do this.

and, should a created species with your mods also work after disabling of the mods to play it with other players where not using mods?
btw: is there with no limit also meaning that i can set more points than usually?

@augarit1 No plans for this so far. The issues with the crissi shipsets is, that they are shiptypes, which cannot be built by normal empires. So unlocking the shipsets changes only the appearance of construciton and colony ships, while using a fallback graphic for the normal ships. It would have to be a different mod in the scale of the zenith of fallen empires mod series.

The mod is now updated to 3.8. Cleaned up the species tab a bit and added more room textures. Also added the paragon portraits of the paragon leaders so u can play with them as species (paragon dlc only).

There are actually some mods out there fixing this. However they are usually language specific. The "Deutschkorrektur" mod for example fixes this issue for the german language.

@Wiggyam The %ADJECTIVE% and some incomplete empire names bug is acually a vanilla bug. I currently happens with a lot non-english localizations. This is not caused by any mod. You will even see it with all ur mods deactivated and it will only go away if u either switch the game language to english or paradox fixes it in a future patch.

Im not 100% sure its from this mod, but i think the mod causes empires to no longer spawn in with names, and i am unable to randomly generate empire names. Adjective is left as "%ADJECTIVE%

@wyvernian24 yes, the crisis portraits have those sound files coded to them. I just unlocked them for general use. Removing the sound means removing it for the crisis as well.
@DeinonychusCowboy This mod unlocks all the vanilla portraits. I assume the mod you are talking about added new custom machine/robot portraits? I cannot take or update someone elses content without their permission.

I really like the idea of this mod, I had an old mod that basically did this for machine/robot races. It looks like not all the machine races are in this mod though, would it be possible to add the other portraits? I have a saved empire from the old mod that uses the machine feline species and is no longer valid because it's not a gestalt empire, it would be nice to play as them again.

The mod is now updated to 3.7. New room textures and portraits have been added. Renamed the crisis portrait categorie to "Bonus".
