they still appear disappointed when the hidden item in the alt path item rooms are low quality, could you please fix this? I don't like gaining an advantage for having this mod

this is not for quality 0 items but more for quality 2, no one really cares to pick them up because THERE A MASSIVE EH

This mod ignores all config options I change. Isaac still makes funny expression during curse of the blind, and when I attempted to change dad's note not triggering the mod it happens anyway

When playing as Tainted Blue Baby, it seems that if you encounter a Quality 0 item and then leave the room, his face will incorrectly be changed back to regular Blue Baby's. This isn't a huge issue but I like being reminded that the character I'm playing as has a mouth full of poop

How do you possibly screw this up? Make it on update so it happens if an item is spawned in for any reason. One line change. Plus, other similar mods like "Ugh for Bad Items" and the pog mod itself have mod compatibility but this one doesn't?
