This blueprint AND the Valley-class, since I'll be using both of them once you add the hangars and racks.

Now the question is, how do I fix it and where do I attach it to the larger station? There are a couple spots that could work.

I also want to add some oxygen farms to the station in question, perhaps with the solar tracking script designed by Isy.

Sure go ahead, just make sure to link to this blueprint if you publish.

The welding and grinding racks are just to hold the tools, which are just a single welder or grinder and a connector. There are a few small batteries to power the connector so the robotic arm can hook onto them.

In order to use them, the robotic arm then swings over to hook onto the connector with its' own connector. The tools are then able to be used by the arm.

They're exchange-able block tools.

With your permission, I want to alter your station so that it can be used as a drydock addition to another station, say the one from the Pertram Starter scenario.

I do have a larger drydock station called the "MCI Valley Class", you can find it on my workshop. The hangars and welding/grinding racks are a good idea, might add them.

I would like to see this concept expanded so that it could service larger vessels as a true drydock, fit for capitol-class ships.

Add hangars where some of the connectors are, use them to house welding and grinding vessels. Add robotic arms within the framework, and a rack that includes both grinding and welding attachments.

Thanks, glad you enjoy it.

A drydock for ships! Very nice.

Now this is pretty cool
