@TaYnK Hello, I haven't touched this since I put it on the workshop but previously I had the old congig mod as a requirement, however that one doesn't really work now. I updated it with a different configuration mod that should work.

If it doesn't though, if you're able to, check the debug console as I believe that should give you information as to what might be going wrong (It's been a while since I've done this). If any more issues occur after this change then let me know, I'll see if there's anything I can do. If not it may be something weird with mods or just re-installing, who knows

so, i have all the required mods, yet i can't find the deltarune soundtrack in the mod config menu. i am able to see all the other soundtracks like antibirth and such, but i can't see the deltarune one for some reason

Could you make an Undertale soundtrack menu, if you haven't already? I think the only ones that I found don't work

Seconding what Evenes said, the challenge rooms, when starting, it says they're playing:

And the actual challenge music doesn't start

Yeah, Cyber Battle plays fine in miniboss rooms, but not challenge ones. It's probably not starting because the intro track doesn't work.

Challenge room music (Cyber Battle) doesn't play. I can hear it in the custom menu so the file itself isn't broken, it just doesn't seem to start in challenge rooms. If I had to guess, it's the Challenge room intro that might be bugged.

personally, i'd switch Delirium and Hush around, since Delirium is more chaotic and can do ANYTHING.

Altering the .xml worked. When you mentioned the file type I checked and it was very simple. Now Smart Race plays during mini challenges as well and it feels really good. This soundtrack has a way of creating emotion and I'm glad you put this together. Thank you for this!

@Sunny-Dew oh thats odd! I'll have to fix that thank you for letting me know! and Smart race plays during boss rush and the alt floor bosses! :) Though if you'd like it to play during challenge rooms, I guess one option would be to change it in the music.xml file in the mods folder (Though I'd recommend keeping a copy in a google doc or something in case I update it since I can only assume it'd overwrite it?). That or in the soundtrack menu, you can set which soundtrack plays where (such as on certain floors, rooms) but that takes a bit more time in my experience if you have a lot of soundtracks. If you don't though, then it shouldn't be too much of a hassle if you don't want to mess with the music file! Glad to hear you're enjoying the mod!

Mod works really well, the music choices are actually really nice. So far they've been quite enjoyable and atmospheric, though being pushed to my emotional edge after a bossfight by the soft singing of "don't forget" will take some getting used to. The only issue I've found is that, for some reason, during challenge rooms my jukebox mod says it's playing Smart Race even though I know it's actually playing Cyber Battle. Which is a shame because Smart Race would actually work quite well for those encounters but it only plays during the boss rush so far. I'm wondering if there's also a way to change it so that Smart Race occurs for those battles as well without breaking anything. Otherwise I'm having a great time with this soundtrack mod.

@Oidoro I'm not sure what could be causing that, I'm not sure if there'd be anything in the debug console/log files since I'm assuming everything else works fine? :o If it continues maybe try reinstalling the mod or even the other mods (soundtrack menu and music mod callback). That's really odd!

@JudgeofHell oh!! That makes sense then, I'll make sure to add that to required mods just to avoid a future situation like this! I'm so glad that it was able to fix this issue!

I found the solution, a post told me to use the music mod callback for repentance if the set soundtrack wasn't showing up. And this fixed the whole problem

oh I'm sorry I'm responding very late, but I've only used one other soundtrack mod for this one that required the same mod which was a ultrakill soundtrack mod and it worked fine.

@JudgeofHell That's really odd! I'm not much of a coder so I have no idea what that would mean since I'm guessing thats a lua error? Has this happen with any other soundtrack menu mod or just this one?

@JudgeofHell Are you able to check your logs or check through debug console? Usually checking those tell you what's the issue since I couldn't guess why it isn't showing up.. thats really weird!

set soundtrack isn't there even though I have everything installed, do you know what the problem might be?

@Prinny sabor Sandía I don't believe there is atleast with this mod, though if you'd like, I can maybe look into making a separate mod that doesn't require the soundtrack menu since I don't think it should be too difficult?

is there a way to use it with out the soundtrack menu and all of its depending mods?
