Curious why only this MOD won't let me re-chamber the weapons and mags to other MODs bullets with an override, I can get it to work with any other MOD/weapons but this MOD???

You don't. If I were you I'd edit the script and make it take .308, same for the mag. That's what I did and was thinking about republishing minigun on its own.
