I assume there is no way to acquire the tower if I have already recruited Burn, eh? xD

Nevermind! Leaving my original post for anyone else who imported tons of times. I realized I was at the wrong tower. Going to look for him now.

Does this have a chance to make Burn no longer spawn in other games? I even unchecked "import dead NPCs" and I cannot find him.
