Yeah you'll have to deal with that unfortunately. While I do appreciate and understand constructive criticism, sadly alot of the dislikes come from people who just see you as competition and want to put you down.

Keep practicing - making skins, you'll get better and better at it, and the dislikes from the "haters" won't even matter by then.
