Try unsubscribing and resubscribing while the game is not launched to reinstall the mod. If that doesn't fix it, it might be down to visual settings.

The images are all fuzzy. Not sure how to fix this.

It changes the icon picture. So it wouldn't work with the mod you mentioned. As it currently stands this mod is only compatible with base game + DLC technologies. However if you are interested in applying the overlay to the icons in the HD Art mod I can walk you through the process, its simple enough to use. This applies to anyone interested in support for modded technologies, while I won't upload and maintain these branches of the mod I am happy to provide the code required to generate the images.

Question, does this change the icon picture or add an overlay to the UI? I ask because I am wondering if using the Console Edition HD Art mod could work with this. So as to get the Tech info while having the less pixelated art.

Apologies for the delay, I have to rewrite the code that generates the images for the techs because of changes with 3.12, I hope to have an update out soon. Will post here once its uploaded.

When I recently added this to my list the launcher states it is missing a descriptor file which renders it inoperable. (red warning sign)

Thanks for the patience everyone, been busy with moving house and a new job so I haven't had much motivation to play Stellaris and as a result I lost interest in the mods but I will try my best to keep up with changes as they come. Shoot me a message or comment if you find any issues or see things out of date, it really helps me so that I don't have to keep checking on things. Cheers! Enjoy the 3.9 update.

Saw this mod on video gonna try it. Looks like you added M for megastructures required to unlock. Would also be cool to do this for other structures things like to unlock archeology perk for ecumenopolis and similar thingys. Gonna try anyway looks handy.

Currently only the vanilla techs are supported but it shouldn't conflict with any other mod, the modded techs will just appear without border as normal.

Having had a look at the files in Guillis Techonlogies, the structure is similar to the base files and therefore it should be straight forward enough to apply the border to those tech icons. I should have some time in the evening to go through and sort this out. I have also opened a discussion on what mods you would like to see supported.

I will check it out, it may be doable now that I have changed the method I am using to edit the images but I will need to investigate so no promises there. Let me take a look over the weekend and see!

Finally got around to updating this mod, wrote some code to automate most of the process so this should not be as painful as before. Apologies for the delays.
