Well, actually not only this mod, your other mods like No more room in hell or another one with the same name as this one also have same bug bruh
Also there are a huge amount of models and they would take up alot of space, so it'll take a fair while if I can and it'll likely be released in multiple separate addons.

I think this happens because since this uses the same code as the No More Room in Hell NPCs. The code is made so that you could explode the heads of zombies when they die to a headshot. But since there is no head exploded model, they don't turn into ragdolls, they just become ghost npcs.
