There were not any changes to the planet_view.gui file in 3.8.4 - can you share a screenshot of what is not looking like what you expect?

This doesn't work quite right in the new update. Any chance that you're still working on it?
//MX` 12 Jan, 2023 @ 12:35pm
@corsairmarks 30 should cover everything.
corsairmarks  [author] 12 Jan, 2023 @ 11:38am
@//MX` how many district slots are you looking for? 12 was just an arbitrary number I picked.

Hi, I play with a mod that adds many unique districts to planets and even your mod cannot scroll to the rest of them, any hope for more than 12 district spaces in the future?

Finally found it!! :steamhappy:

by "megastructure list" i mean the ui when you go to build a megastructure using a construction ship
corsairmarks  [author] 31 May, 2022 @ 12:49pm
@esotericist There is no megastructure list in the base game, that's probably somethibg to do with Gigas. I can take a look at the situation log and the anomaly popups, but no promises. I believe Stellaris targets 1366x768 by default, so looking at changes made by Gigas and/or UIODbcould be informative.

out of curiosity, would it be feasible to make a mod targeting low resolution displays that helps with anomaly event text and megastructure lists? i suspect gigastructures is probably responsible for this, but i'm having trouble with both of those screens being taller than my screen, and thus not being able to see all of them at once (and it is EXCEEDINGLY difficult to reliably move the windows so i can see the top/bottom on command). it's a very specific kind of vexing.

also as an anecdote about uiod: i found most of it was completely unplayable at 1440x720 without ui scaling 0.7, which was pretty terrible. but dropping the full uiod mod, and using just the uiod expanded topbar mod, and this mod, works adequately once i set ui scaling to 0.9. which is still not ideal, but absolutely within my margin of tolerance.

@esotericist cheers! I'm glad it helps!

after grumbling in the paradox forums about my difficulty finding a mod that supported more districts at low resolution, i got pointed at this. i am extremely grateful that you made and have continued to maintain this. thank you very much.
corsairmarks  [author] 30 Jan, 2022 @ 8:49am
@dallasbeek Technically yes. If this mod is loaded after UIOD, then this planteview will be used instead of the one built in UIOD. The rest of UIOD will be available as normal.

I recommend doing this only if you have a small-resolution screen and cannot see the entirety of the UIOD planetview. Orrie's UIOD planetview is more well-organized and makes better use of screen real-estate on 1920x1080 (and above) resolutions.

I'm confused; is this compatible with UI Overhaul Dynamic?
Ph00nix 10 Jan, 2022 @ 3:56am
thanks
corsairmarks  [author] 9 Jan, 2022 @ 10:46pm
@Ph00nix Unfortunately due to how the file it set up, I can't add a scrollbar like I did for districts. Best I can do is 15: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2714695762

>not having them be able to unlock building slots

Check the ones that weren't updated after 3.0, the building slot update was 3.0 iirc.
ItzRaiden 22 Nov, 2021 @ 11:44am
Actually pretty useful with additional district mods, but I now have to keep an eye out to see which ones break city districts of not having them be able to unlock building slots

+1 from me :)
