I haven't been able to capsize it though, PIDs work normally, even though there is still an unwanted 8 degree roll taking place with the update. I'll be sure to redo the rudder when betatest goes stable.
I also haven't been able to find out why the ship would be doing 13 m/s, it does 30m/s on my build.
If you can tell me under what circumstances it performs the way you tell me, I can have a more thorough look.
1) The main guns on the Ravager have received additional armour protection, and the guns have been reconfigured from no clip to single clip guns.
No Clip guns are used by Eagle Industries when chemical shells are used (chain detonation is prevented this way) and also when dynamic ammo selection is used. Neither is applicable on the Ravager.
The one clip configuration is more vulnerable (hence added protection) but it also solves the inconsistent fire problem that the guns had.
2) Improved the output of the engines by restoring their full functionality (something was blocking the electric generator turbines). They've also received a slightly different exhaust to make it less vulnerable to battledamage.
