I think I didnt read it right at first so I accidently had both the game soundtrack and sims sountrack it was so annoying until I fixed this is amazing! I love this!

Hey I got this working in game with all of the audio like, one time, then all the sounds work except the in game music. My menus and loading music works but the actual ambient music is default, I have my audio set to early access, any idea of why it's not working?
Also banger mod btw thank you, this game and sims music is so fun

is it possible to just have the music only? i got nice background already but i don't like the music argggg its really not fun to listin to ><

sorry, for some reason when i installed the mod and restarted zomboid there wasn't a new background only music. but i just restarted it and it's there now. very nice mod thank you for this.

@TalysZA Lots of great memories playing The Sims growing up. I used to have my Sim skip work so I could listen to the in-game music on the radio or try to follow the plot on the television shows. Now we have a mod in Project Zomboid that let's me relive that all over again! (With the added threat of your insides becoming outsides)

@OkBudde When you say background, do you mean other than the Main Menu? This mod changes the default background scene with a bright, colorful scene and lively music. If you want to make your own version, just look at the mod files to see how it works, really you just have to switch out the pictures. think it would also be possible to change the background to something sims related by messing with the in-game files? would be pretty funny

Bottom left corner of the pic is the bachelor. I played this character for about a week when I was a kid, and got pretty attached. I left the game running to go get some lunch and came back to the entire house on fire, garden and all. The Bachelor was nowhere to be found in all the ashes. This was my first time ever grieving in my life. Great game though!!!!

@Glork I have this problem too, are you using the Modloader? It opens to Steam Workshop page but not System folder right?

You might have to manually navigate to the mod folder.

Check C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/108600/2670552173/mods/Sims Music/media/sound/banks and locate the ZomboidMusic.bank file.

Next, navigate to C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/ProjectZomboid/media/sound/banks/Desktop and replace ZomboidMusic.bank with the one included with this mod.
