"$attachment "attach_camera" "ValveBiped.attach_camera" 0 0 0 rotate 0 0 -90" Is the command i use for my camera attachments, but you already solved it by removing it. Didn't think that the animations will port flawlessly without breaking, as the bone in playermodels are rotated differently but i never knew about viewmodels. Anyway, nice job.

@YukiZ found the issue, it happens when animated viewbob is enabled in tfa base and i had left a camera attachment in the models qc

After several attempts I'm sure I removed all local files and only enabled tfa base and this, still got the problem however

@Yukiz disable all mods aside from my mod and tfa base and see if it still happens, it doesnt for me whatsoever

But it seems like on my side the camera turned 90 degrees left when I'm holding it
If its not a problem on my side, you need to add a line in lua about the camera attachment to fix
