Good start. I would suggest, that when the time runs out, alarms begin to wail and smoke comes out of the launch shaft as if the missle is taking off.

I wanted to give a dedicated place for people to knife. Also, had plans that you could enter a keypad code to escape that room back to the main area, but I'll consier removing it if people don't like it, thanks! =P

Very good design of this map. needs a couple of kinks worked out of it, you shouoldnt come back when you fall down out of the thing the knife 1 v1 shouldnt be there

I really had fun building this map and have a lot more ideas for it... Hopefully I can get to it this spring and make some much-needed changes :p

In your description it says that it is for a 5vs 5 scenario but in all honesty I feel that there are too many routes levels and space for it to work, a 10 v 10 'might' work on it.

It's a very nice looking map but there are too many spots to check from and it is way too big to be competitively viable and the same goes for your other space map - you are a gifted map maker in design and making everything correctly and look nice but if the gameplay doesn't work then people won't be as fond of your map unfortunately.

06/12/2014 Minor Update:

-Added pre-deployed weapons: Awps/hegrenade/deagle at spawn, AK/M4 at midrange, SMG/shottie/M249 at center).
-Added simple detailing at CT spawn.
-Adding BMTS(Black Mesa Transport System that halls cargo, lol) at T spawn.
-Added some de_nuke detail assets to T spawn (crates, boxes, shipping containers)
-Misc. bugfixes

LOL, would be so funny to see the door closing before someone enters.
Oh, and remember your transit system idea? Maybe you can have that instead of a "safe room".

So everyone has to run into the transit system and it would take them faaar away from the blast zone.

Hell ya!

I like your idea of 'escaping' to the surface to escape the blast, it reminds me of the first Metroid (could make doors at the top of the shafts/silo/stairs that unlock at the end of the game, so you can get out) =P

-or-

Make the blast doors close inside that inner silo area, and everyone inside get's roasted by rocket exhaust.. I really like both ideas ;)

Rocket launch at the end of the round?!! :D
Here's an idea. When the rocket is about to launch, sirens will start to sound.
Players have 15 seconds to rush to a "safe zone" (perhaps the highest point of the map?)

Imagine the CT's and T's fighting for their lives trying to secure the safe zone for themselves. Would be sooo fun :claugh:

And yeah, so many gimmicks were planned, e.g i was gonna make the t-spawn a stop on the black mesa transit system, and i REALLY wanted to make the rocket launch at the end of the round.. ;P
