it's 1 set of looks available at all tiers normally. if it's not showing in uc that is a uc issue. if you are using the original uc i highly suggest swapping to uc redux by rustydios.

hey i have the mod installed but i cannot select power tier spark cosmetics since they do not show up, im using unrestricted customization, any solution to this?

It doesn't include the weapons, only the Spark cosmetics, so no it doesn't need Total Advent Weaponry
