I am worried about refreshing stuff like Bolster and Emboldening Vapours. In fact, even just one refresh of double Vapours could be overpowered.
Load order to get fire attacks AND districts working (whilst being compat with other mods)

Oh well, your version of this ability is really usefull too.
Rearmament is sort of an issue, of course, and the class obviously is a bit OP when spamming 1-per-battle buffs with a teammate; but if you don't do that, you can get really fun results that make the bombard a credit to the team.
Maybe a bit high of HP also (I assume to make you use kaboom, but IDK, the downside's rough).
Also Rearmament has already been changed since that video to give -speed and -acc for the rest of the battle instead of just 3 rounds.

And what about randomly getting another action? I see there's supposed to be a trinket that does that, but I didn't have any trinkets equipped and the bombard would randomely get a 2nd action when the riposte was triggered
And why does triggering the riposte sometimes give the bombard another action?
