Vive Pro & original vive controllers. Only 1 button for both portals, for me top menu button on right controller. May be intentional, but prefer separate buttons. The orange portal only shoots to 1 square.
Sometimes blue portal gets stuck shooting continuously. After reloading, after shot the orange portal to the square, could not shoot the blue portal at all. Then the surfaces reversed, & the blue portal worked on the black metal, instead of the white.
Shooting blue portal on floor sometimes creates a loop where continuously glide across room (another person did video).
Shooting at cube fizzles the cube, this may be intentional & wasn’t an issue for me. Might be used as a new puzzle element.
Once frankencube did not fizzle so had 2.
I included my experience in a youtube video timestamped as "Portal Gun?"
