I loved the atmosphere of this map, and I loved the puzzle with the floating companion cubes! Hearing GLADOS' voice in the beginning scared the shit outta me. Great map, I just wish it didn't end so soon.

I included my play through timestamped in a youtube video.

I apologize in advance for anybody who watches cause I actually went insane and basically became Ratman, so I am talking to myself and the turrets a lot.

As a huge Portal fan I am loving the sudden resurgence of HLA Portal maps. You did a good job on this!

FUCKING AMAZING. bro i wanna give you a high five. Idk if its nostalgia or not but god this is amazing. Genuinely the best HL:A portal map ive played and one of the best i have ever played, at all. The amount of ideas crammed into this short map gives me very very high hopes for portal related half life alyx mods. Thank you for giving my portal starved brain some dopamine

A very good brain teaser of a game, with solid performance and framerate throughout. It took myself a bit of time to get through the puzzle, but it was a nice gradual dawning of awareness as the pieces of the puzzle started to come together.
I echo Skummeh's comment regarding the excursion funnel; it was oh so satisfying when that part of the puzzle was over.
Thank you for the opportunity to play it.

Looks like the fail safe logic decided to break with that button for some reason when you were playing, odd, I'll fix that after the judging is completed.

It is very janky indeed. (a bunch of relays, counters and many trigger_multiples.) There is a much better way to do it, I just didn't have the time in the end to make a better system.

There were many times throughout dev. where I thought I fixed that issue, but then it would come back when I didn't expect it, oh well.

Honestly getting the fail safes to work properly was probably about 90% of where my debugging time was spent (and it still managed to break, aaaaa!!!!)

Anyway, enough about the failsafe, thank you for the feedback!

Nice test chamber and loved the tricky timing with the excursion funnel: https://youtu.be/6BCbvWf6pxg
