Report a translation problem
The no ammo callouts would be simple, just swears.
Any random falling scream from a MGS game works for falls.
Some of the MGS3 survival viewer lines would be good for healing lines, and kinda funny. "Tastes great!" "Ugh, tastes terrible..." "Is that poison!? Dammit, medic!"
The low health noises could be the MGS low health sound.
George Salonikh has plenty of sound clips that'd be perfect for the killsounds, most notably him hiring Snake's voice actor to say "You're pretty bad." in a few variations.
The getting hit sounds could be lifted from MGS3.
I like the "WHERE CAN I FIND A SNIPER RIFLE?" spawn noise a lot.. Otherwise, "This is snake", "I'm ready to go.", etc would be good.
Lastly, for the weapon pickup sounds, just take the MGS3 gun scene and chop it up into individual lines. It'd work great.
