Dont spam mod makers about these things, they require basic computer knowledge at best
Besides, that mod seems to be redundant, they renamed the skill books in the vanilla game to be better sorted.

Because they're all coded identical and I'm having no trouble reading that particular book, it works for me.
Do you have any other mods that may be causing issues?
Maybe you can look at the "mod options". You can implement a configurtaion menu with it. So you can have the maintenance skill book or the only skill books for 1-2 as an option.
