Does this make them more balanced compared to the RHS vehicles? because I've had issues with the GM vehicles being too OP to be played alongside RHS

Is the goal historical realism though? That was kind of my hope in subscribing - that you'd use UAS' library to get the historically accurate ammo for each vehicle.

When i start Arma 3, he's say "Addon "SVO_GM" requires addon

To make the tank has the same durability as the same vehicle from other mods.
For example : CUP T-55, CWR3 T-55

I put three 10-round-magazine for each type.

When enemy coming 10 APFSDS an 10 HE rounds in ammorack is little low in T-55 :)
