Just confirmed this doing a command line parameter folder isolation. It does overwrite the CUP lighting config. Leaves all other CUP terrains without sun, sunlight or shadows.
The map seems to run smoother than the first time I tried it, but with the lighting config issue, I'll roll back to "Esseker Fixed"
It's not bad but it's not perfect I know. Nerfing grass density is the only thing I can think of.
I'll see if I get time to work on it, shall be a quick fix.

Old version requires cup, this does not (yet).
Same goes for cherno and other maps you mention.
FPS is fine on a moderate PC. It's comparable to other maps using livonia assets. You cannot expect graphics upgrade without any perfomance impact.
No its not. AiA was made before cup. But if cup fixes the errors without adding new ones I may add it as dependancy, will check on that.
Your answer does not deal with my question, which is: is AiA an external dependency, and if yes, where can I find it?

I call this a pack, because if you have only this mod loaded, Eden editor lets you open up Bukovina and Bystrica maps (with lots of errors, and without titles). Again, the black skybox, most of the missing object errors, these were all fixed by also loading the CUP terrains (core) workshop item.
So now that I have demonstrated the dependency, would you mind changing the workshop description, so that future users don't have to do the same trial and error I did?
(Again, I must thank you for many hours it took to make this, and the extra time you make to help users. I beg your pardon if I sound demanding and rude)
It was port of A2 files with a few maps into Arma 3.
And it's the only port I know of which can be used in other maps that need backwards compatibility if you can't rely on cup.
I ask because I'm getting a large amount of "missing object" errors, incorrect skybox/lighting, and missing titles on maps loading, and I am pretty sure they're related to missing content and configs.

Is this coming to be another MP server that hopefully you don't need Apex DLC for like on Days Gone Tanoa?
Nope not coming to dayz. RonHill has made a great version for dayz.
Besides, we have a great better-than-dayz(I am biased;) ) mod in Arma 3 with a playable undead class and working faction system.

CUP changed licence for their pack so it can't be edited and used in other mods to build upon it, AiA can be used.

you're wrong. Those are config errors I explained yet to be resolved later. Map itself has no issues with addons, but config errors throw errors.
CAMisc3 is just a placeholder of Arma2 addon and has nothing to do with cup, cup doesn't own arma2
