Solo'd it first try like 5 mins ago, pretty fun! The only problems I found were that weapons get stuck, like the revolver in the gun room and the glock in the basement, and the military truck at the end, for me at least, was finicky with where i was supposed to interact with it to gas it, only for the gas can to just appear and start pouring gas in on the other side of the truck. Still a a little short, fun map.
I'm not a fan of infinitely spawning enemies, because I usually play with zombie respawn turned off, but there weren't too many so it wasn't that bad. I would, personally, make it be an optional holdout section, where players can barricade the second house and deal with the horde if they so choose. Little extra player choice. Could even have boards/hammers in the first house due to it being renovated.
Once the runners hear the alarm that's it, they heard the alarm and they're going to swarm towards the house, there's no way for them to un-hear the alarm.
