to get Ragdolls inside you need to get the Addon Bone Merge

It's really just the power suits that have been ported by me. The other models were probably ported by ninja nub or someone like that.

@Sandslash Iv'e actually made a pac by cutting up most parts of it with clips, it just gets a little tricky, but i got it done and looks great! Thanks for the addon!!!

@F-AUX™ (Fauxillary™) I can almost guarantee that no, because the skeleton is signigicantly different. And the models are also very differently sized.
At most, the hands will snap correctly, but that's because they are named after the valve biped to facilitate fingerposing

You might have more like with tribes:vengeance as it includes a lot of the mechanics landmass has and already runs on UE2

yeah Sandslash in this picture i Extract landmass models with UE Viewer (http://www.gildor.org/en/projects/umodel) and i try Put the files in UnrealEngine 2 editor... but in gameplay(ut2k4) when player die the game Crash :´(.. I plan make a Landmass mod in Unreal Engine 2 or Source...

@XxGenesisxX - yes, but they are only ragdolls. Aka you can spawn the model. You can pose it. You can technically also animate it. But the skeleton is significantly different from the valve biped so there's no NPCs, playermodels and the like.
