if it contains all the same units as the two mods mentions here with the same names in the database then yes.

Now that I look at orc and empire banner buffs dont apply to the Lily's units either

I'll check out the wood elves and the Hunters and Bowmen to ensure they get the buffs.

Im pretty sure that the wood elf banner doesnt actually buff any of the archers from this mod. Dont know if any of the other banners work on them but that one for sure doesnt work.
