Probably not, but I bet there is a replacement lurking somewhere in gmod files you can use instead. Like shrink a football down and paint it or something :D

Because if you read the description carefully, I didnt make this, I just uploaded it here to use with my server years ago since the original file wasnt on steam workshop. You can always try contacting the email provided in the description but I doubt he cares after 15 years or w/e.

But havent played on gmod in years so cant be sure if this even works anymore.

As I said literally one post below yours, I didnt make these. But if I remember correctly, there is a coloring tool in-game you can use to add a blue tint to them.

If you read carefully, the description said I didnt make these, I just uploaded them here to use on my server when I still had one like 10 years ago (because the author of the mod never uploaded it here).

So, sadly, I have no idea how to add custom models in to the game and I cant even remember the simpliest things about the game anymore since I havent played it in such a long time.
