@LambVortex Yeah, retextures are fine. I used some with these animations myself. But, if the mod changes anything with the model, it won't work. So just be wary of that, some retex mods might change model-related stuff without telling you. Best way is to just test the retex+this pack together in TUMTARA or something to see if it works.

Seems like Querentin put the original mods back to public, but thank you for being prepared for the worst.

They were definitely gone, I had the link for the 1+2 collection and was giving an error when accessed. Seems today it was changed from "private" to "unlisted"

Yeah, they were made unlisted. If it was privated/deleted, you wouldn't even be able to open the Workshop Addon pages.

Querentin's l4d1 refined animations were NOT removed, they're just unlisted. Seems to be the same case with the L4D1+2 animations and most likely his other mods as well.

@bingusoid Tell me about it.. And here I am, having to store all of my hunderds of addons indefinitely if I want to preserve having them in my library. It's not THAT big of a deal for me considering that total amount doesn't weigh that much, but what about other people who have no time and desire to manage everything manually through dozens of folders? Or what about other games, Garry's Mod for example? I have like 70 GBs of addons there and am suposed to just have them year-round on my drive even if I burn out of the game for a while? I like LibertyCity.ru's policy. If you put out a mod there - deal with it. You can't delete it and it will be preserved no matter what. Steam Workshop endorses egoism, as other people are friggin relying on some addons a lot, yet they remove all their stuff from having a breakdown. Fan-dingus-tastic.

Man i hope everything is alright with him, i recently made a mod with his assets and he seemed like a pretty cool guy... I was also very fond of his Definitive L4D1 Arms Overhaul

Coming from a veteran guy (i am talking about querentin) who create his steam account just after the launch of the steam itself, it's so strange see that he remove his fellow modders and friends, also his mods, just like that prodigy guy who made the cs go "real anim" and some call of duty port mods, the cause of all this is probably his personal life.
