I would first uninstall the addon and run menu_cleanupgmas then close Gmod, install the addon again, wait for cloud sync to be fully complete, then start Gmod up again and see if the issue has been resolved.

The textures and models that could be from Portal 2 should just be included in full in the addon, no missing materials or models that requires a mounted game, let me do some examination though.

Some of the vine models are definitely from Portal 2 so it could be more of a texture conflicting thingy or something lol idk

How many addons do you have, sometimes if you have too many addons, it will stop installing stuff at some point.
