You subscribe to the mod and you should find them in entities, search your menu in-game for it

this is a video- a DEMO to be specific- and it is not an npc, it was me using parakeet's pill pack to turn into mossman and then a fast headcrab turned me into a fast zombie, still retaining mossman's looks
