Because other gamemode may rewrite the code about PlayerDeath, it is only guaranteed to work in sandbox.

I retested it just now and it works well for me.
Maybe you misunderstood the addon's function? It makes the player's corpses can be operated by Physics Gun like a NPC's corpses.
