where is the props_sdk?

i get the message "jail has not been installed properly on the server! players will be able to walk through it! to install it, put it in /garrysmod /models/props_sdk/jail.mdl"

but what do install that i gotta put in "jail.mdl", if i can get some help on where to start first, that would be great.

It's a CS_Office map from Counter Strike Source. To get the map you need to buy CSS or find maps from css on steam workshop.
