I have the same issue, playing in a master mode world right now and slimes keep dropping lava on death.

Updated to 1.4.4
Prevents lava spawning from lava bat and hell bat in remix world (Don't dig up) and zenith (Get fixed boi) world as well

Thank you so much, I always had to remember to equip Royal Gel just so I didn't have to deal with these guys.
