Thank you for changing the mod back to the best of all toolpacks. I would recommend this mod to anyone wanting to roleplay scenarios, fixing bordergore, changing the rules of your country like being able to create or join factions as well as deleting undeletable divisions. You can create custom scenarios, spawn buildings, ships and divisions. This mod is very fun and all the negative comments from the past few days were just because of taking out some crucial tools but theyre back in and this is the first of all toolpack mods I, with 1500+ game hours, would recommend.

this mod went from a must have to a barely functional heap of garbage as many features that i enjoyed using for weird scenarios got removed. like compliance adding or removing, state upgrading and other features like specific puppets. id recommend to not use this mod until this has been readded. (sorry if my english is bad it isnt my first language)

The mod has been turned into a piece of shit! Not only has the State upgrade been removed, but several variations of state puppets have also been removed! Most importantly, why did they remove all this, if all these functions worked even on new versions before the mod update!
