One thing i wish that the actual liveries on the police cruisers looked better, more "authentic" I guess ?

Especially with city ones

Or maybe just replicating actual departments like NOPD or Savannah-Chatham County Police like base L4D2 did

Would it be possible to remove the L4D2 Police and Taxi and just leave the L4D ones? if you don't want to do it, then do I have permission to do it myself?

Definitely, given it's in service for 2 and a half decades by cops in North America. Some police departments still use it till this day despite production ceased in 2011.
