UPDATED and fixed for patch 6.1.
The mod should still be retrocompatible if you have rollbacked the game to still use SFO for example.

This mod is awesome and works fine, but could u also add Horde growth because this is a bit annoying that they grow at vanilla speeds

Please can you confirm this is player only? After subscribing to this mod every AI town around me I have visual of is fully upgraded by turn 30 and province capitals are doing the number of turns to build then upgrading straight away. Thanks
