@Weaponized Autism, totally respect your opinion. Generally speaking, I believe that most of ArmA 3 community tries to stay away from "taking sides" in most situations (political or otherwise). Every person though is free to believe whatever they want. Everyone though, represent themselves and only!

Now, about the mod, it is pretty nice but I believe its development has come to a hald so, we have to take it as it is... To be honest I have shifted to a similar one that it is being developed but I can not say which one here (it is desrepsectful to "advertise" other mods on once comments)!

This is a really good mod for small-group zeusing. It means the zeus doesn't have to spend a shit load of time placing environmental details and civilians for dynamic encounters. I really like this.

@gapi, I believe that you mean if this mod can work with specific faction mods. If that's what you are asking then the answer is YES ... All you need is the classNames of the units that you want to use and use them in the appropriate fields on the modules! I highly recommend, if you want more help to join the Official Discord Server of the mod. It is way easier to get help there.

@Play3r, yes, it does. Although, it is a really lightweight mod and if you don't have a huge mod-list I would say it deserves to be in your mod-list. It gives too much compared to how big it is!

Also, it's Hedes. Admittedly, I'm not really working on this project anymore, but haven't heard any issues with compatibility. Hope to return to it someday! Please feel free to fork it on github if anyone wants to contribute. Would be cool to collaborate on it.

@mfrisch100... Hmmm... I believe that with some scripting you will be able to but to be honest I believe that this is not really what this mod was made for. Although, you can actually populate the "behind enemy lines" areas with enemy forces and script some of them to "stalk" players.

I highly recommend that you join the Official Project Hedes - Ambient Modules Discord Server because it is easier and faster to get your questions answered there and get help from other players and mission makers as the mod developer (Zacho40) himself.

Does this mod allow to spawn enemy units around the player? Would like to use it for "behind enemy lines" scenario.

@T1NYT4NK I will make one but not until the day after tomorrow! Although, all you have to do is set down the module, (for ambient destroy town module) change the size (I believe the initial size is X:0 Y:0 so you have to change that to your likings) and set up the attributes of the module! About the searchlight, it is a module that will just spawn an ambient searchlight on the position of the module and about the sound effect module, it will play a sound on the position of the module, either a custom sound or some of the presets that the Developer of the mod has added! Again, I higly recommend that you join the Official Discord Server for Project Hedes. There you can ask questions and get your questions answered way easier and way faster! Cheers mate! :)

Zacho40 has developed his own "Dynamic Simulation System" (and his own "garbage collector too) that works with Project Hedes. So, when all spawned units are further than the Vanilla Dynamic Simulation Distance, the Hedes disable their simulation completely and since units that do not get simulated are not included in Spectators' Units Lists they are not there for as long as they are not simulated.

Again mate, I highly recommend that you join the Official Discord Server for Project Hedes since it is way easier to explain all these details there (most of which have already been answered) and way more people that are able and willing to help you there too.

Does anybody knows what's wrong happens when I put random spawner and then when launch the mission the spawned unites dissapears from the spectator list and stay still without moving or any action just like manuqeen challenge lmao

You have to change the classNames in the appropriate field in the appropriate modules. The way this mod is built, it is actually compatible with all (and I mean literally all) faction modules. If you need more help I highly recommend that you join the Official Discord Server of the mod (there is a pretty big Discord button on top of the mod's description) and ask for more help there. It is way easier and faster finding answers and help in Discord Server than here and there are many more people that will answer all your questions there! Hey Wotsup, can you join the discord to show me the map or some screenshots of your setup? Also, try resizing it. I think I forgot to set a default size and it only covers a 0x0 area by default (meaning nothing will change).

@Grom Hellscream [GER], depends on what you syncrinize with each module. Some of them have to be synchronized with other modules, some of them can (optionaly) be synchronized with triggers. I highly recommend that you join the Official Project Hedes Discord Server for all kind of information, talks with the developer of the mod and a lot of people willing to provide help. Also, you can check the Wiki part of the GitHub of the mod!

Thanks! Remember it's still a WIP (very much still in development). I have a huge update coming out this week that has a lot of performance optimizations, a new system I'm interested to get feedback on, and a lot of config cleanups. Some scenarios may need their module settings reconfigured.

I think by mid-next month I will have it in a production ready state where we can start treating this like a real mod :)

I actually figured it out bro, I had multiple points in my mission but I didn't have them all correctly synced with the LZs. I scrapped those and put one point down with a big ass radius, synced the LZs according to the diagram and now it works like a charm. Thanks for the support though, combining this mod with NR6 HAL is an absolute banger.

mfrisch100 - unfortunately not. enemies aren't supposed to spawn unless players are out of dynamic simulation range. even if you attach the module to the player, it will never spawn enemies (and if you make the module area massive, the ones that do spawn will have their simulation disabled because they'll be out of range).
