@markka88: Thank you. It will function fine without the required items, the path and shrub props just won't show up in game and they may be reported as missing when you load the game if you use Loading Screen Mod (I have tons of missing items show up in mine, it doesn't affect anything)

Thank you all for the other comments, I do appreciate them even though I sometimes fail at acknowledging them in a timely manner.

Have a number of these in my area near Hershey! Though (dont know if could be done) they use brownstone, gives them a unique look. They look really cool! And would be fun to use.
Are the required items really needed?
Cant wait to see more!

You can find these houses on the other side of Pennsylvania as well, in those nicer historic areas of Philadelphia believe it or not, around Lincoln Drive in Mount Airy and in Chestnut Hill.

I love these! These would fit in nicely in a Cincinnati or St. Louis-inspired city as well as Pittsburgh.

Awesome work. And like dudemeister I need to get out the Queen Anne I've been sitting on. After I finish my Italian Festival pack I will. What I would like to request/suggest is that because this house is very asymmetrical s that you consider releasing the mirror image of this home flipped. Would give our neighborhoods more variety. It can be done in Blender with a few simple commands without needing to UV wrap your model again. If you need any pointers on this let me know...

Straight up inspirational. In fact, I think you've inspired me to finally release some Pittsburgh Victorian rowhouses I've been sitting on...

Absolutely classic work here. Can't wait for the rest!

I always look forward to new additions to your collection. I love the detail and use your assets extensively in my mid-century themed city.
