look buddy get it through your thick skull, this is NOT what a real genuine m249 sounds like. there's been a CONSPIRACY to CHANGE the sound of the m249, ever since the late eighties when it appeared in the commodore 64 military game "buster's duty 2" in which they used MIDI to replicate the sounds of the m249. as you should already know, a real m249 does not sound like bits and boops of MIDI. this trend of inaccuracy has continued, much to the chagrin of m249 enthusiasts such as myself. i will not allow it to continue here. your m249 has been REPORTED and FLAGGED to the steam workshop Gestapos, who will be at your place of residence within the week. you are a talented modder, but unfortunately CARELESSNESS such as what you have displayed here must be met with full life consequences.

They are nice guns, but I feel the Assault variant is pretty hard to control burst fire at medium/long distance, could it be possible to add some tracer rounds so you can actually see where are you shooting or to reduce the scope jumping a bit?

Since it is an open bolt mg, both belt and mag fed versions shouldn't have an extra round. Would you mind fixing it?
