Around patch 4.0 sounds good to me.
Daemonspew RoR has a more Nurgle aligned aesthetic, per their unit card description.
It's possible, but difficult. Maybe not difficult, but it is time consuming. If I have the free time to do something like that, I will.
Most if not all my mods will be fine when the next patch hits.
