the quality on low doesnt help at all, i just did it and the water is still there

This map is not so good in my opinion. It has old vehicles, takes a long time to load, and looks not so great (although I do like how much detail u put in it.) I don't want to offend u.
Also I'd like a non-WW2 version like Mantha.

good one, but i get 10 fps on it and eat 15gbs of RAM. I think the effects are the one causing this

yeah know what D day is unsure, but im doing a Stalingrad with a huge river trough the center and its pretty much applicable in any urban situation but sure leningrad or Moscow outscirts would sure be interesting, is the map performing fine?

After Stalingrad/D-Day could you work on a map for Leningrad or maybe the outskirts of Moscow? No pressure, but I've wanted these mods for a long time.
