v50, update: The Tartarus was one of the weakest ships in cost efficiency in the entire arsenal, outperformed even by smaller and cheaper vessels.

To counter this, the armour has been revised, guns (especially CIWS) has been revised and the missiles have been tweaked. Should have a much better performance now.

Much appreciated! I will be doing some changes to her in about a month. Mostly customizable shell selection. So know that this will be upcoming :)
