If the way that the color of the hands doesn't match up with the color of the rest of the model, I suggest the My Hands mod, which will generate a viewmodel based off of your player model over the current ones.

yeah so i found out why it wasnt different colors with the body groups. the only ragdoll asset is for the green one soo. or at least thats what i found when looking through my addons

@skeletor thank you for informing me of this problem with the neon this was a compatibility issue with the other skeleton (now fixed)

weird, ive tried reinstalling multiple times and neon is still gone but i'll keep trying
