They've made completely new perks and don't use old anymore. But your mods may still use the old perks. I'll try to help you by bringing back those old perks. Maybe it'll work for you

There are 12 different perks in total. The game give you 3 choices with 4 perks per each choice. So yes , now you can make any 3-perks combination you want without depending on randomness. And, actually, as i know, that 4 perks combinations can be different from time to time - but that doesn't matter. Because in the end you can choose any 3 perks you want

as we need mods to buff Kislev :-) ....(as yours does g).... I would say a not well thought balance by CA and defenitley not needed, as I also can have multiple frostmaidens in one army to gain three matching perks ;-) (and when the icecourt system was represented by them they said every possible outcome in therms of skill combinations, no word from any restriction)
but that are just my thoughts and no rule... thx anyways for taking your time :-)
Well, then i suppose they hard-coded VERY low chances of all 3 matching skills. May be for balance purposes. You know - i think it's kinda logical that a superstrong hero is very rare posibility, because she is like the Legendary hero ))
I think it is for recruitment trough icecourt. but not for AI...the percentage that AI gets one is just very low (well I dont know but I have one maiden with 3 matching perks, see below g).
I have one frostmaiden with 3 supportskills (infantry, ranged, iceguard ranged) witch is from a save in February I think when the game was released (lucky first Kislev campaign and thank god I saved this character in the new system)
just was curious if you can/want change something there... thx anyways for this useful mod and absolutly np if you dont want to invest your time in that recruitment thingy :-)
Hmm... My mod corrects only perks itself, but not the way they obtain.
I personally easily get 2 matched perks, but 3... Maybe it's hardcoded in the game not to give 3 matched perks?
I know and did that.... I played 3 campaigns with Kislev (over 600 turns) only for farming frost maidens with specific sets of abilities ( 3 abilities focusing on either suporting the army/ agent,assassination/ construction building growth) I didnt get "one" that seem to be impossible.
The best way to get such a maiden is when the AI creates it, f.e start of a campaign (woc Katharina) or trough confederating another Kislev faction and only if you are lucky there is one maiden worth it.
Do you know that you can save heroes and Lords to use them (with all they perks/skills) in the next campaigns. So, at the end of any campaign you just store ladies with good combinations ice court perks. And they will be available to recruit in any future campaign. You can also get saved lords/heroes from other players
played 2 campaigns now with your mod and its really a nice addition that makes recruiting/using Frostmaidens much more important.
Something about the vanilla system still bothers me.... the way you gain those abilities, its nearly impossible to get a Frostmaiden with 3 prefered abilities.
would it be possible to reroll certain abilities / have more choices when you can choose a new ability during that 8 turn recruitment of the maidens??
I didn't try it. But i think it should work
Battler: + 1% additional ward save (+6% total)
Fighter: + 1% additional ward save (+6% total)
Martial magician: + 5% additional magic resistance (+15% total)
+ 10 winds of magic pool cap
By the way, great job. I feel like vanila ice witches traits are mostly garbage. One traits are strictly preferable to others.
Ice Court ladies are not usual heroes and Lords. You must research technologies, and after that train them many turns. To increase capacity of frost maidens the 5th tier city and the 5th tier building needed (besides 2 technologies). So.. they kind of have to be strong ))
Perhaps consider making a lite version so traits are boosted/altered enough to all be worth having rather than adding a wave of boosts to all of them to the point of taking the strategic thought process of deciding which trait to choose since it doesn't matter since they're all good.
May be later. But it's too OP option in my opinion
Anyways, I love this. I will finally have better options than always picking the same ones.
