His blades being unupgradeable are a real shame (they're arguably not even the best in their tier because of stun) but as an enemy, he's great, especially with a lot of third parties

I just beat him for the first time the other day, one of the most exciting and glorious moments I've ever experienced in any XCOM game. One of my characters (named Tito) was spec'ed into being a tank/bruiser using RPGO, and it caused the two of them to wail on each other while Sundowner's reactive armor painted their battle in fire and smoke. When the dust settled, Tito came out the other end victorious and all the advent soldiers were routed into a retreat. Amazing mod, truly. I hope to see more like this from you in the future.

@RealtiyMachina I had this ruler evacuate in a mission even though no damage had been taken. Is this expected behavior. This ruler also regenerated health before appearing in another mission. Is this expected?

@RealityMachina: Been having occasional Crashes when using the Bloodlust swords. Happened twice with a Fixer CAVER from Alterd's Fixer class mod carrying them upon attacking someone with them. Doesn't seem to occur every time though, given my CAVER ripped a Specter apart previous to the second crash just fine.

Have you considered integrating him with MOCX/EXALT somehow rather than being directly ADVENT? Seems like he'd fit right in with those guys.

Great mod really op boss. Two things though he turned up in March (possibly April?) in my campaign. With 5 pips of armour it’s death or evac (if possible) at that stage of the game no chance so early on. And then later he seems to trump other rulers making an appearance a little too much.
Secondly it might be a conflict with Children of the King 2 mod but not had issues with it before, the problem being both a Viper boss & this beast man rolled up. As was a timed mission with an evac point was my first ever squad wipe lol, I can’t fight two rulers, reinforcements and the regular troops all at once. The description says he shouldn’t turn up when another ruler does, yet there he was. It’s great work btw much appreciated

@alphashadow897 That sounds relatively normal unless you mean the camera *stays* up there: I've managed to get the camera to follow a body when it's being fultoned but tabbing over to a soldier usually fixed it for me.

Yeah music would've been cool as an add-on for MMS but it doesn't seem to have support for unit specific encounters so there's no way for me to say "play this only when this unit appears".

Although I guess I can throw the people who made it a question about it to see if they would be willing to add it to the future.

Only regret is that his theme music from Revengeance doesn't start playing once you initiate combat with him, otherwise he's a fantastic menance to my current playthrough and I can't wait to finally loot him and take his shit.

@RealityMachina I damaged this enemy in a prior mission and the health of the unit was completely restored when he next appeared. He did escape on the prior mission.

@RealityMachina I had this guy show up. In the first mission he shot one of my soldiers but then evacuated even though I had done no damage to him. Is that expected? Also he showed up on two consecutive missions. Is that intended?

Oooooooh I LIKE the idea of additional "setpiece" villains like the Rulers and Chosen, but with a structure that eventually modders might be able to build their own (ala Raider Factions).
