Oh yes a logical thing to do, take models from irrelevant add-ons and place them onto another model that are probably different than the one you're using, 10 out of 10 logic

Thanks to digging in the Pokemon Revavroom, Those runaway parade cars are based or are in fact dekotora, a Japanese style of modifying trucks with elaborate stainless steel parts, murals and LED lights. Basically, American traveling amusement parks on wheels. It honestly be fitting if any Dekotora Trucks made their way to the New Jersey boardwalks.
