the mod is cool and all but its ruined because when you back away or perhaps move backwards the tear speed decreases and barely does damage or hits the enemies

Uh... It straight up removed the tractor beam? Like, I picked up the item, and no beam appeared. My tears traveled as though the only thing I picked up was a stats up.

This mod is so good I legitimately forget it's a mod and not just how it works in vanilla.

Yes it does Leooe. Your tears overlap in the tractor beam and it looks like just 1 tear, but you still shoot 2.

ok imma be honest the way you implemented how the projectile speed works with your movement was the absolute worst and most unbearable thing you couldve implemented, the mod stays off for now until that part gets removed

This is acting weirdly in update 1.7.9b, the tears will get locked into the direction and position you first fired them in a room.

Hey there, I found a crash with this mod. I used Soul of Jacob and Esau to get Esau and use him for devil beggar/money donation machine. However, once he died, the game crashed with following trace:

I do wish that the interactions could be customized with Mod Config Menu, as while i do like the idea of having Homing work properly with Tractor Beam, I don't like the way C Section works with the mod, and would rather be able to turn that off. I know it would remove Tractor Beam functioning at all with C Section, but I'd rather that than have the babies railgunned to the end of the beam, wasting a lot of their range.

Hey there, I confirmed with a friend that the previous patch/fix had went out properly. Sometimes steam or isaac (don't know who to blame) can mess up updates for some reason. Note that I think to fully reinstall a mod, you have to unsubscribe, launch the game, and THEN close the game and resubscribe. I THINK that works at least.

However, I've pushed out another patch that addresses some issues with Evil Eye that I noticed while checking this, so hopefully this time around you'll just get the update normally without having to force a reinstall.

Just tested the haemo + brim + tractor beam and the bug is still present even after unsubscribing from the mod and reinstalling it. Did some more testing and this infinite loop happens with technology as well.

Tractor Beam + Haemolacria + Brimstone will cause a single tear to infinitely create brimstone beams when it lands and will also massively lag the game.

I really like the idea and implementation of this mod, but I feel like some synergies go against the items purpose (to straighten your shots). I would love it if you could add an option that removes/ changes the synergies that make the beam curve (like homing).
Awesome Mod tho!

Amazing mod with amazing synergies, makes Tractor Beam an absolute blast to include in almost any build. Special commendation to the synergy with other beam weapons, spawning extra tears along the path of the beam is very cool.
