Whilst I love your work I won't subscribe because I am not a detailer and buildings without gardens look ugly without loads of detailing.
For a "gamer" like me I would prefer finished houses that have identical plot sizes and L1 to L5. The very best sets start abandoned at L1, become tatty at L2, average at L3 and increasingly posh at L4. At level 5 they add in dormer windows and extend into the loft.
